Just finished body off frame restoration!

Just finished a body off frame restoration. Just about every part of this car is rebuilt or new. Restored with upgrades from Vintage Air to overdrive trans.

EXTERIOR: Muscle car poster child: a red with black stripes 70 Chevelle! Clean body with nice fit. It has a cowl induction hood with a working flapper door. Painted Cranberry Red with correct black stripes. New chrome, stainless trim, vinyl top, windshield and weatherstrips. Correct SS wheels are wrapped in reproduction Wide Oval tires that are actually radials.

INTERIOR: It is restored and nicely optioned. New upholstery, door panels, armrests, carpet. The dash area is very nice and includes factory gauges and tachometer. There is an upgraded stereo and push button starter. The new deluxe wheel is on a tilt column. Also upgraded with keyless entry, power locks are on the key fob. Upgraded Vintage Air heater control panel with electric levers.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Nicely restored engine compartment. 396ci with aluminum intake, fuel injection system and cowl induction air cleaner. Everything looks new: fan shroud, alternator, wiper motor, pulleys steering components etc. It has been upgraded with new Vintage Air heat and a/c. New power steering and power brake system. Upgraded aluminum radiator and water pump. New factory type chrome valve covers and spring clamp battery cables. All the metal surfaces are painted neatly.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: It's clean and complete. Painted really nice under the trunk and jamb, inside is spatter painted. It has a mat, jack and spare.

UNDERSIDE: Frame off, nut and bolt restoration. The entire undercarriage looks like it was just completed because it was! All new front steering and suspension, upgraded tubular control arms and fatter swaybar. The rear suspension is all new and has boxed control arms and a sway bar. New brakes, up front drum in the rear. The parking brake cables and lines are new. The fuel system is all new. Brand new coated dual exhaust with x-pipe, high performance mufflers and SS tips. Looking up at the motor it is fresh Chevy Orange. Upgraded 700R4 overdrive automatic trans. 12 bolt rear end. The floors and frame are rock solid, they've both been stripped, cleaned, prepped, and repainted in satin black. No rust underneath this car!

SERVICE: We inspected the car and aligned the power steering pump, fixed gas gauge, installed new visor and installed a passenger mirror.
This highly desirable muscle car is fresh, fresh, fresh! The new owners will love it!
