#s match, real Z-28 RS! Rotisserie restored.

#s matching motor, trans, and colors! Real Z-28. Body off frame, show quality restoration. Claimed to have 39,000 miles, only 800 since the restoration!

EXTERIOR: The second gen Camaro design really nailed it with the long front end, low roof line and a short rear deck. This one is an excellent example; the body is clean and straight. You can open the doors with one finger. This one also has very desirable Rally Sport option which includes the extended grill, split bumpers and reconfigured lights. It also has a cowl hood, sport mirrors and spoilers. It is an original medium orange car, repainted in the brighter Hugger Orange with a smooth, glossy finish. Painted on Z-28 white stripes. All new glass. The chrome and trim are excellent. Weather strips were replaced. Restored 15 inch SS wheels with BFG tires.

INTERIOR: It's pretty much like new. Down on the floor the carpets fit perfectly, it has reproduction GM mats and a complete set of seatbelts. The best part is the original 4-speed sticking out of the floor. The cushions and upholstery have been redone; door panels are mint. All the plastic trim is in excellent shape. In front of me the dash pad fits really well, the instrument panel looks great and has factory gauges. It also has an Am-Fm stereo that's been rebuilt and sounds great. Inside the glove box is an owner's manual, the light works. The headliner, visors, mirror, and dome light have been replaced.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Vin # matching 350, rebuilt to approximately 425 hp! It looks stock with correct GM aluminum intake, dual feed Holley carb, correct exhaust manifolds with the heat shields. Correct dual snorkel air cleaner and finned valve covers. All the components look new: distributor, wires, alternator, wiper motor etc. It features power steering and brakes with a cadmium plated booster. It even has a reproduction Delco battery. Upgraded aluminum radiator with stock overflow bottle and shroud. The metal surfaces are painted smooth and glossy. It's show quality!

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Under the trunk lid and the jamb are painted slick. Inside is clean metal with a neat spatter finish. Reproduction seat insulation, weatherstrip, trunk mat and tire cover. It has a spare, no jack.

UNDERSIDE: Under this car is beautiful! The body was lifted from the frame and all it's components. The floors are pristine metal painted gloss orange. It went back together with all new/rebuilt steering and suspension. Great looking and sounding custom exhaust. It's stainless with an X-pipe, polished muffler and tailpipes. The brakes were redone, disc in front. The lines, hoses and e-brake cables were replaced. The fuel system was replaced including the tank. Looking up at the motor it's spotless, the starter looks new. It has an M21 Muncie 4-speed trans, it was gone through. Rebuilt drive shaft. 10 bolt rear with 3.73 posi gears.

SERVICE: After we inspected the car we replaced the power steering hose, reverse light switch and installed a reverse lockout rod. We installed new a/c vents, adjusted the brake light switch, and replaced the trunk torsion rods.

This is a killer Z! The RS with a 4-speed is very desirable. The restoration is impressive. The fact it has matching numbers makes it easy to justify buying yourself such a fun toy, it's an investment!
