High end custom work throughout!

Custom built by Hunter's Hot Rods less then 2,000 miles ago. It won the Way Cool award at the 11th annual Good Guys Nationals. It is truly custom, it's not a bunch of catalog ordered parts. This looks like a high end car at a fraction of what it costs to build a high end car these days!

EXTERIOR: This had some really extensive body modifications. Starting up front it has a one of a kind fabricated valance with fog lamps. The hood is raised and has a custom vented insert which continues right into the custom fabricated cowl. The body is shaved smooth with no emblems, trim, handles or locks. It has electric touch pad door openers. Custom ground effects all around the bottom. Functional rear brake cooling ducts are grafted into the quarter panels. It has a grooved roof panel. Custom rear air diffuser wraps under the car all the way to the tires. Custom PPG Orange Glow metallic paint. Front and rear bumpers are smoothed and tucked to the body. Custom exhaust port comes out the back of the car. It has flush mounted glass. Custom tri-bar headlights with built in turn signals. Billet wheels are 19x10 in front, 20x12 in back and they're wearing Michelin Pilot performance tires.

INTERIOR: The interior is all wrapped in leather with some suede accents and white stitching, even on the dash. It isglovesoft and smells like a leather shop. Very comfortable bucket seats, the driver side is power. It has a roll cage incorporated into the interior, you would hardly even notice it's there. A Momo billet wheel is on a tilt column. It's a custom one off dash with Dakota Digital gauges and a push button start. It also has a custom stereo system hidden subwoofer and amp. Speakers are behind custom grills in the kick panels and in back. Custom made center console with the 6-speed shifter and a relocated e-brake handle.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Wow, it sure looks special! It is has custom covers that make it look high end. At the heart of it is an LS1 motor making 475 hp. A custom ram air intake looks cool too. The tubular supports continue into the engine bay. Custom hinges and gas struts open the hood smoothly.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: It has a remote release inside with gas struts to open it. Fully boxed and upholstered in leather to match the interior. The fuel filler is relocated in the trunk.

UNDERSIDE: It has a complete custom chassis. It can be adjusted down just 4.25 inches off the ground! Up front is tubular control arms, adjustable coil over shocks, sway bar, rack and pinion steering. In back is a four link system with coilover adjustable gas shocks and a pan hard bar. Wilwood Big brake kit. Drilled and slotted disc brakes at each wheel, 6 piston calipers in front. Custom two into one exhaust, completely heat wrapped and exits through the rear valance. Looking up at the motor it's an aluminum oil pan and has high torque starter. Tremec 6-speed trans, custom drive shaft and a going heavy duty 9 inch narrowed rear end with a back brace. Completely constructed floors, the underside is sprayed with a durable bed liner.

SERVICE: We inspected the car and are going to repair a fog light and reinstall speaker grill.

This car looks like someone spent $200,000 building it. It's had extensive work done and it's tasteful. I like all of their choices, I can't pick my favorite. It's a one of a kind, there isn't another Nova out there that looks anything like this one!
