#s match throughout, frame off restored!

Original driveline: #s matching motor, trans, rear, radiator, smog equipment, carb etc. Rare factory color. We purchased this car from Baseball super star and car collector Reggie Jackson. It underwent a body off frame restoration in 2004. We purchased it from Reggie in 2008 and sold it to a local collector that has lovingly cared for this car since. He put only 400 miles on the car and reluctantly decided it's time for someone else to enjoy this amazing muscle car.

EXTERIOR: Very impressive body, it's clean, straight and rust free. It fits square and flush. It was repainted in 2004 and still looks great. Rare original Seafoam Green with no vinyl top. It has a glossy wet finish,vits not cracking or shrinking. The stripes are smooth to the touch. It has a rear spoiler and of course it's a Rally Sport. This includes the hideaway lights, extra trim on the doors and relocated reverse lights. It also has correct T3 headlights. The chrome and trim look straight and shiny. Weatherstrips were replaced. Excellent glass. Original 15 inch rally wheels with the correct DF codes stamped by the nozzle. Reproduction Goodyear tires.

INTERIOR: It's in great condition throughout, unabused and it fits right. It looks like it should. It has some nice features including the in dash tachometer and clock combo, the center console with the gauge package, a factory AM/FM radio and a deluxe steering wheel. All the knobs, vents, heater controls look great. It has the correct Muncie shifter with chrome ball. Upholstery, carpet, door panels, headliner are all excellent.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: It has the legendary 302 Z28 high revving motor and it is numbers matched to this car. It has all the correct components: heads, intake, valve covers, exhaust manifolds etc. The original numbers correct carburetor has been professionally restored and that is included along with the correct air cleaner assembly. This car even has the complete smog system hooked up. It has reproduction hoses and clamps, correct cooling system. It features power steering and power brakes. All of the components look proper and clean: the squirters are hooked up, the vacuum system for the headlight doors is hooked up and they are functional, it has hood insulation.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Under the trunk lid and jamb are painted slick. Inside is rust free metal with a nice spatter finish. Restored rally wheel with a reproduction tire. The jack assembly looks new. Reproduction mat and weatherstrip.

UNDERSIDE: It was body off frame restored. All the components under this car were removed and rebuilt including the entire front end steering and suspension. The rear suspension including the leaf springs, bushings, hardware and even correct spiral shocks was restored. It has the correct dual exhaust with transverse muffler. The fuel system was replaced including the lines and tank. The brake system was restored: reproduction rotors, lines, e-brake cables were replaced. The original front calipers were sent out and restored. Looking up at the motor it is clean and authentic. It has it's original Muncie 4-speed trans dated correctly for this car. Correct shift linkage. The drive shaft was rebuilt and in back is the original 12 bolt 3.73 posi rear. It is also coded and dated properly for this car. The floors appeare to be very clean metal painted semi gloss black.

SERVICE: We inspected the car and repaired the reverse lights, replaced a tie rod and gave it a front end alignment.

This is an investment grade Z28. It's frame off restored, numbers matching throughout and it has a great color. The Rally Sport by itself adds 10 grand! It's a show quality driver.
