Ground up restored! Loaded with good looks and options!

EXTERIOR: It's decked out with all the GT equipment including the fog lamps, stripes, emblems, wheels, and exhaust tips through the valance. It is laser beam straight, even being black! The gaps are precise. No rust or damage. The Raven black is polished like glass, it's practically flawless. It has Michelin tires on sparkling chrome wheels with red caps. Most of the chrome looks new. Good original glass. It has a black power top in excellent condition.

INTERIOR: This is a factory born deluxe pony interior car. This would include the running horse upholstery, molded door panels with "knife handle" door openers, woodgrain trim and 5 round gauges. This one also has a console and deluxe steering wheel. Correct 4-speed shifter. The optional rally pac which includes a tachometer and clock sits on the column. The visibility group includes a remote mirror and day/night mirror. It also has a rare factory 8-track player and door speakers! Overall, very nice shape.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: It has the letter "A" in the vin which designates it came with the performance 289-225 hp motor which includes higher compression heads and a 4 barrel carb. It's restored and detailed like factory new. Everything is painted neatly; it has cadmium bolts. All the components look clean and proper. It even has the washer fluid bag hooked up to the squirters. It features power brakes.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Under the lid and jamb are painted slick. New weatherstrip. It has the plaid mat, cadmium bolts on the hinges and jacking instructions decal. Clean painted rim for a spare and it has the jack.

UNDERSIDE: It appears to have clean original floors and frame rails. They've been prepped and painted with red oxide primer. The steering and suspension appear to be restored and detailed. It has dual GT exhaust with correct stainless tips. The fuel tank and sending unit were replaced. Looking up at the motor it is clean Ford blue, the starter and fuel pump look fresh. It's a factory 4-speed car with its top loader trans. Original 3.00 rear end.

SERVICE: We inspected the car and rebuilt the carb, repaired a coolant leak, the vacuum advance, choke tube, interior lights, amp gauge, fuel gauge, glovebox light, e-brake and reverse lights. We adjusted the clutch and pedal. We replaced the turn signal switch, idler arm and horns.

CONCLUSION: This is an exceptionally clean Mustang with very desirable features.
We spent $2,878 servicing the car so it's ready to enjoy!

I, Jay Grams, take pride in personally writing the descriptions for virtually every car for about the last 30 years now. A significant amount of effort goes into fact checking. What I am offering is my professional impression of the vehicle. Our salesmen are happy to assist with descriptions and making sure your questions are answered. One great suggestion is letting us do a walk around video that explains the car's condition in detail. **These cars are displayed in a museum. If interested in a particular car, make an appointment with a salesman to see that car. Without an appointment there is an admission fee to enter the showroom. If you buy a car, your admission will be refunded, and you will be given a 1 year membership.
