#s match throughout. Very original Corvette and you dont have to take my word for it. Verified by expert judges and awarded the prestigious Top Flight award in 2019. Also documented with tank sticker and a stack of maintenance records spanning 4 decades. Only 3 owners- 1st 1968-1981, 2nd 1981-2015, 3rd 2015-2020. It lived in California until 2015.

EXTERIOR: Original no hit body. The body gaps are real good, headlight doors fit square. The paint has a glossy finish. Door jambs and weatherstrips are good. The trim is bright and shiny original. The front bumper and grills fit square. It still has the weather shields behind the grill that protect the headlights. It has a luggage rack in back. Rear bumpers are good original and sit level. It features the optional removable hardtop that is painted the color of the car. The headliner is excellent. Has a black convertible top and looks to be in very good shape. We just installed brand new reproduction redline tires on the correct 15x8 rally wheels. The vacuum headlights and wipers open and close properly.

INTERIOR: Very well cared for interior. The door panels are excellent. The instruments and console is in great shape. Upholstery is good. It is very functional. The gauges, heater controls, vent cables all work. The clock was even rebuilt to original with a ticking second hand. Unabused original. Not new but very good considering it's age.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Certified VIN number match motor to this car. The engine compartment has not been sprayed canned or messed with. It is a very authentic original motor compartment. It has it's original chrome valve covers with the dimpled spot welds that the judges look for. It even has the California pollution equipment still hooked up. It has the complete ignition shielding with the braided spark plug wires. All the components look proper and original. It is a 427 with the optional tri-power that makes it 400 horsepower. The motor has been rebuilt. The carbs are date coded to this car. The carbs have been rebuilt and function properly. It has the original deep groove pulleys so the belts don't fly off at high revs. It has the #s matching distributor and alternator. This has the optional transistorized ignition.

UNDERSIDE: Preserved original condition. Nobody has spray canned it or messed with. Other then maintenance, it is original. Solid frame, clean fiberglass floors. It has the spare tire carrier and a polyglass tire for a spare. The Muncie 4-speed is vin # matched to this car. The rear end is original # matched to this car, a 3.08 posi. It has disc brakes at all 4 wheels and independent suspension front and back. New exhaust system.

Originality is very sought after, especially by Corvette collectors. This car is certified as being very, very original. It's a good, honest car that is a pleasure to drive. This is an investment grade Corvette.
