This is a sharp looking deuce coupe that was completely built from scratch with all new or rebuilt parts. Comes with detailed build specs. It's a quality job. Although it's ready to show, the intention was to drive it. It has been on some long distance trips. Very comfortable, reliable and functional. Starting at the bottom it's a new Duece frame, 4 link front and back, Durant front spring, 4 inch drop axle, Posie rear parallel springs, tubular traction bars. Chassis was fully painted red. Driveline includes a built and balanced 1969 Corvette block and heads, 400 crank and rods, roller rockers, double roller chain, Edelbrock intake and carb. (Complete specs available) rebuilt with many upgrades turbo 350 trans. Both are painted red and many billet aluminum and stainless parts were used. Rear is an 8 inch Ford with 3.00 ratio. Front disc brakes. New heat and air system. Owner says he rarely had to turn the a/c past the first click, it works so well. Has coated headers and custom exhaust. Has Gibbons body with excellent fit. The frame was taken to Gibbons so they could Mont the body perfectly, no shims were needed. The body is insulated. Rear fenders were bobbed 2 inches, hidden hinges and no handles for clean look. Slick red paint with clearcoat finish. Professionally done interior, trunk done to match.
