One of the best in the country, #s match, no rust!

Body off frame rotisserie restoration.
This is about as perfect as you can make a car. Really, we have many incredible restorations, this is one of the best I have seen. #s match throughout, factory black car and original rust free metal. It also operates like a new car, everything functions as it should.

EXTERIOR: We have impressive pictures of the car stripped down to bare metal. No rust, original metal Texas car. We also have a picture of the original black paint with white stripes that was revealed under the back edge of the vinyl top. This helps prove it was a black SS. There was was virtually no filler used other than the thin feather coat to make it laser straight. The paint is a mirror. Stripes are correctly painted. I challenged my salesman to find a flaw, he couldn't. Every piece of chrome and trim is pristine. The stainless trim is polished like chrome. The glass is new. New vinyl top, lenses, window seals, weather strips etc. Door jambs are super slick, the bottom of the door clean, new sill plates. It is correct down to the T-3 headlights, reproduction Firestone Wide Oval tires and even the small pieces of trim right below the headlight bezels that is always missing. Wheels are meticulously and correctly restored.

INTERIOR: Inside is also immaculate. The seatst have been rebuilt, new cushions and upholstery that fits tight as a drum. Headliner, visors, door panels, dash pad, carpet is new. All the details are new- heater controls, mirror, console, deluxe wheel etc. The instrument panel is new and the gauges were restored, clock works. Has working Am-Fm stereo that works. I opened the glovebox and of course it's pristine inside, the light works and there's a new owner's manual in the pouch. Has power windows and reproduction floormats too.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Wow. Restored to look as if it just rolled off the assembly line 10 minutes ago. Meticulously detailed to be factory correct. It has all the correct GM hoses, clamps, Delco battery, spring clamp cables, cadmium plated brake booster etc. Under the hood is painted, has new installation and the cowl induction is completely functional. The motor is vin # matched, dates and codes are correct on the heads, intake, block, carb, distributor etc. The cowl tag info is also correct as you see the car. We have pictures of many of the numbers.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: We have photos of inside the trunk compartment showing the original spatter paint finish paint from the factory which proved it has original quarters and trunk pan. It did get completely resprayed with a nice coat of spatter finish with some clear over it to make it nice and durable. Has a new rubber mat, a perfectly restored SS wheel with a reproduction polyglass tire that matches the other 4 and a restored jack. Bottom of the trunk lid and the jamb is glossy, new weatherstrip.

UNDERSIDE: Fabulously detailed! The chassis was removed from the car and stripped bare. It was then painted and put together exactly as the factory would have down to the correct assembly line paint dabs, decals and markings. Completely rebuilt front end, all new bushings, brakes, lines, emergency brake cables, fuel tank etc. Has new correct exhaust with resonators and cowbell tips. It even has correct spiral shocks. Bottom of engine is immaculate, has correct oil filter. Vin # matched Turbo 400 trans with original tag still riveted on. Has F-41 suspension which includes sway bars and boxed control arms. Also has original 12 bolt rear with correct 3.31 gears. The body was flipped on it's side so the underbody could be restored as nice as the top. It was stripped bare, no rust or patches. We have pictures of the lower inner 1/4s stripped bare showing no rust. It was sealed and painted gloss black.

Please understand this car looks, operates and functions as new or better in my opinion. I have spent my life dealing with vintage cars and this one is among the best.
