Gorgeous, a/c, restored like new!

This Pantera is a knockout! Bright red paint, polished wheels, and an upgraded 450 horsepower engine. Very desirable early chrome bumper car. Restored cosmetically and mechanically to excellent condition. We have a thick pile of restoration receipts. The back end is the money shot! Check the low and wide profile, wide tires and chrome exhaust tips aimed right at you.

EXTERIOR: The paint and body are done to show quality, probably looks better now than it did when it was new. I don't see any rust or damage; all the panels open and close properly. It's laser straight. Repainted bright red and it is polished like glass. Early chrome bumper car which is very collectible. The chrome, trim, weatherstrips, and glass are excellent. The quarter glass was removed to allow more air to the motor, the glass is included. I also love the wheels! A modern version of the originals, they are polished aluminum and extra wide. Wrapped in performance tires. The original magnesium wheels are also included.

INTERIOR: It is in excellent shape from the carpet to the headliner. The entire dash area is in excellent shape: the upholstery still fits tight, it's not split, shrunk or torn. The knobs, instruments and vents look great. It has a gated 5-speed shifter. Upgraded stereo and a LeCara leather wrap steering wheel. There are also upgraded Simpson racing harnesses. Comforts include power windows and air conditioning.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Upgraded performance built 351 motor with aluminum heads, high rise intake and a big dual feed Holley carb. It also has an MSD ignition and headers. The original # match motor is included too. It has a removable cross member making pulling the engine easier. It has a ZF 5-speed transmission/rear end combo. A new a/c condenser was just installed and has a polished shroud with an electric fan. The engine bay is painted black, the engine and trans are detailed. The storage tray is carpeted and in good shape.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: The trunk compartment is in the front. It pretty much looks like new. It's recarpeted, weatherstrip was replaced. Under the trunk lid is gloss black. It's also where you'll find the power brake system and washer fluid bottle. Up in front of that is an upgraded aluminum radiator with dual electric fans.

UNDERSIDE: Under this car appears to be rock solid. It's been cleaned and the undercoat was freshened up. It has disc brakes at all four wheels. It has independent suspension front and back with coilover adjustable gas shocks. Tubular control arms in back and a chrome swaybar. Polished stainless tubes bring antifreeze to the radiator. The clutch was recently replaced.

SERVICE: We inspected the car and replaced the throttle cable and the hazard light switch. We repaired the wipers, lubed the speedometer cable, adjusted the trunk latch and replaced a rear running light bulb.

This Pantera is a no-brainer! It has the looks, performance and the quality. It is a great car to drive: shifting those gears, hearing the exhaust and even clicking on the air conditioning on the warmer days.
