Rust free! a/c, p 4 wheel disc, p rack & pinion

Clean southern Alabama car that's a smooth cruiser! It's recently been upgraded with desirable features like power rack & pinion steering, power disc brakes at all 4 wheels, and vintage a/c. This Fairlanes got it going on! The previous owner brought this up to us to trade in and boasted how you could drive it anywhere.

EXTERIOR: The body is outstanding! Rust free, dry straight original metal. Excellent fitting body, all the gaps line up, doors, hood, and trunk shut like new. This was repainted its original Wimbledon white with a smooth glossy finish. All the sparking chrome and trim look new, or really good original condition. It features a gloss black center body side molding the sides, and has a nice tinted glass with a new windshield. It's sitting proudly on polished Torque Thrust wheels with Ford center caps. They have a nice meaty tire on the rear wheels. Overall, it's a very nice looking car.

INTERIOR: Open the doors to a very nice original blue interior. The door panels are in great condition. The dash area looks to be original and in great shape as well! Not beat up but has a slight patina to believe it's original. All the gauges look really nice, the knobs are all matching. The original radio sits in place and has an FM tuner under the dash. The carpet fits real nicely and has matching embroidered mats. The seats are nice and firm with correct upholstery in excellent condition.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Under the hood sits the original 289ci that's been resealed and upgraded with a 4 barrel Edelbrock carb with electric choke, new distributor and a chrome air cleaner. It's also equipped with moodern power steering, Wilwood power brakes, Vintage Air conditioning, and an aluminum radiator with electric fan.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Underneath the trunk lid and the jambs are painted smooth and glossy, correct jack sticker in place. The trunk is painted to match in Wimbledon white with a nice textured guard. It is completed with a plaid trunk liner, and correct spare wheel with new tire, and jack assembly.

UNDERSIDE: Clean southern original undercarriage! Rust and rot free. The front and rear suspension has been replaced with new shocks, independent front suspension with upgraded rack and pinion power steering. An HD sway bar, and leaf springs in rear all look new as well. It's been upgraded with Wilwood power disc brakes on all 4 corners! The gas tank is polished and looks new. It has a factory style exhaust with dual mufflers in great shape. Looking up at the motor is clean and dry. The original C4 trans has been resealed. Powered through to its original rear end that's been rebuilt and resealed.

SERVICE: Through our shop inspection we replaced a cracked suspension, bushing, and adjusted the rear window to operate smoothly.

You'll enjoy driving this one. It's a pleasurable drive that will get heads to turn and nice big thumbs up from people driving by. You can't beat the thrill of driving a classic car, and this one will put a smile on your face. It's a good, clean, honest car. Right before making the video I called the seller to ask a few questions. He had no problem taking my call and confirming what a nice cruiser the car is. He said it never let him down, drive it anywhere!
