Meticulous restoration! Real SS, a/c, ps, pb.

Very detailed, ground up restoration! This is a real Nova Super Sport V8 car that is designated right in the VIN. Rare a/c, power steering and brakes.

EXTERIOR: The body is in amazing shape. There's no rust or damage whatsoever, straight and fits very nicely. Repainted it's original Lemon Wood yellow and it's polished to a smooth glass finish, better than when it was new. The glass has all been replaced. All the weather strips and seals are new. The chrome and trim is either new or restored. The bumper guards, tail panel and vent window frames are very good original. It's rolling on a set of original SS hubcaps in excellent shape with American Classic blackwall tires. Correct T-3 headlights.

INTERIOR: It is absolutely spotless. I'm looking at a pristine dash: the speedometer, bezels, knobs and even the heater control panel are spotless. It has a clock and it's working The dash pad, glove box door and liner and even the heater box under the dash are like new. The A/C unit sparkles. A factory center console with the correct 4-speed shifter sits between the seats. Down on the floor is new carpet and embroidered mats. It has deluxe seat belts. The seats have been reupholstered. The door panels, armrests, window cranks, headliner, visors, dome light and mirror look new! New wiring harness front to back.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: This motor compartment is pristine, it looks like it's never been started. It has the correct 327 motor making 275 hp. It has the double hump heads, correct 4 barrel carb, stock manifolds, valve covers and air cleaner right down to the stickers. It features power steering and power brakes with a cadmium plated booster. The wiper motor, alternator, horns, pulleys radiator all look like new. It also has factory air conditioning. It has a Delco battery topper and spring clamp cables. The metal surfaces are painted meticulously. The squirters are hooked up, it even has the glass bottle of concentrate.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Under the trunk lid and the jamb are smooth glossy paint. Inside is pristine metal with a very neatly applied gray and white spatter paint. It has reproduction trunk mat and weather strip. Reproduction tire for a spare on a restored rim with a restored jack assembly. It even includes a new car cover.

UNDERSIDE: Underneath this car is really impressive! The sheet metal is about as dry and clean as you will ever find. The floors, braces, rockers are as dry as a chalkboard. The front end steering and suspension is completely rebuilt and detailed. The rear suspension is rebuilt. The brake system has been completely redone. The lines are replaced, e-brake is hooked up. It has a new factory correct dual exhaust system. The fuel system has been replaced. Looking up at the motor it is absolutely spotless Chevy Orange, the starter looks brand new. It has a correct Muncie 4-speed trans that also looks fresh. Rebuilt driveshaft and rear end.

SERVICE: We inspected the car in our shop and rebuilt the carburetor, fixed the reverse lights, repaired the horn, lubed the speedometer cable and head. The a/c is inop.

This is an impressive restoration! These little Novas could be ordered with a 6 cylinder, 283 or a 327. A 327 4 barrel is a spunky motor for such a small car. This is a very desirable piece. The restoration would cost more than we are asking not to mention good luck find a real SS with floors as clean as this to start with!
