Sharp looking RS with a 427!

Bam! Check out this bad boy. A sharp looking 69 Camaro trimmed out with all the goodies including the very desirable Rally Sport option. The fun doesn't stop there, hit the key and hear the grumble of the 427 under the hood!

EXTERIOR: The body is in outstanding condition. I didn't see any rust, damage or bubbles. It's smooth, straight and fits real nice. It's trimmed out with a cowl hood, spoilers and stripes. It's painted hugger orange with a smooth, high gloss finish. It also has the exterior trim group. Most of the chrome was replaced, the stainless trim is good original. The vinyl top and windshield look new. It's rolling on a set of highly polished staggered size Billet Specialties wheels wrapped in Pirelli performance tires. They are 17s in front, 18s in back.

INTERIOR: It is looking really good inside too. It has the sharp looking houndstooth deluxe upholstery on the seats. The center console has the horse shoe shifter. Overall everything is in good to very good condition. It has an upgraded stereo system, 6x9 speakers in back. There's a gauge cluster mounted neatly below the dash so you can keep an eye on the engine's vitals.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: It has a built 427 big block with a hot cam, aluminum heads, Edelbrock intake, a dual feed Holley carb, HEI ignition and long tube headers. It's wearing a real nice set of valve covers and billet pulleys. It runs cool with an aluminum water pump, overflow bottle and radiator with dual electric fans. Features include power steering and power brakes. The engine bay is clean metal that is neatly painted.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Solid trunk compartment is neatly spatter painted. The mat and weather strip have been replaced.

UNDERSIDE: The front end steering and suspension looks like it's been gone through. It has lowering blocks in back and coilover adjustable shocks. The fuel system has been replaced including the tank and lines. It has a great sounding dual exhaust system. The brakes were rebuilt, it has disc in front. The lines and e-brake cables were replaced. Looking up at the motor it looks fresh, it has a chrome oil pan and a high torque starter. A Turbo 350 automatic shifts the power to the rear end. The floors and frame rails appear to be very solid.

SERVICE: We inspected the car and rewired the fans, replaced the speedometer and cable, replaced inside mirror, installed a vacuum reservoir, tightened exhaust manifolds and fixed a tailpipe rattle.

This is a solid, very well restored car. It's highly desirable considering what it is and what it has! It's one of the least expensive 69 Camaro big blocks I've had in a long time.

I, Jay Grams, take pride in personally writing the descriptions for virtually every car for about the last 30 years now. A significant amount of effort goes into fact checking. What I am offering is my professional impression of the vehicle.
Our salesmen are happy to assist with descriptions and making sure your questions are answered. One great suggestion is letting us do a walk around video that explains the car's condition in detail.
